What a month March has been...CRAZY! I can honestly say I am really looking forward to my vacation in a week...spring break is almost here and I really need it!
Why the picture of a rebel you ask?
Well..This weekend...my husband bought me a new camera...the canon rebel XTi (10.1 mega pix)! I am so excited! I will also be getting a really great lens so I can capture those actions shots of my kids! I have been having a blast playing with my new camera...and am thrilled with my newest pictures! :) I feel like I have so much to learn and look forward to learning more about my new toy!
Here is a layout that I created today using the awesome Scrappin' Sports and More game room line papers and rub-ons! If you haven't check out these papers and rub-ons...you should!

Scrappin Sports and More's New game line papers!
Today I was able to finish up a layout that I have had sitting on my desk. It seems that March has been a crazy month for us around here and I haven't had as much time to complete as many layouts as I would have liked.
These photos were taken of Jackson this past Christmas playing his Wii that he received from a very generous Santa! I never knew that a game system could be so much fun...and I have to admit that I ended up playing a lot myself during that 2-week winter break ;)
Scrappin' Sports and More has the best video game paper lines both for gameboy and also for the game systems. This line is a new release that just came out this past winter CHA! The papers and rub-ons are a must have! I have fallen in love with the colors and patterns of these papers! So, if you haven't checked out this new line I would highly recommend them!

A couple of Layouts to share
Well I actually have a few layouts to share today...both of these layouts were created using Sandra Adamson's Digital Kits (No Pain, No Gain and Got Milk).
You might think it is kinda of weird to scrap your tennis shoes...but I did that this month. I have been trying to get back into the habit of exercising again...and it has been a hard road for me...but each morning when I see my tennis shoes I feel guilty enough to at least try...LOL...so I guess you could say this layout is a big shout out to my tennis shoes! LOL
Here it is...
Lately my kids have been wanting milk and cookies...it is cute watching them dip their cookies into their milk...it really takes me back to my own childhood...so this is a "shout out" to my little cookie dippers...aren't they cute!
We also had a great time coloring Easter eggs this week...I will post some pictures later this weekend :)
I hope you all have an awesome Easter with your families!

I've got a new "GIG"
Well today I was asked to join a super fun design team! I am really honored and thrilled about it...this is unlike anything else that I am doing and I can't wait for the site to launch in a few days so I can spill the full details!
How's that for a tease?

Layout to share
Yesterday we were expecting 4-8 inches of fresh snow...needless to say I am a bit tired of snow and would love nothing more than some warm weather!
We did get about 2 inches of snow...and then it warmed up and the snow melted...so today we have nothing to show from our "storm"...thank goodness!
Can you tell that I am REALLY ready for summer!
Here is a layout that I created today of my little Gavin last year at the splash park...he had a blast!
Digital papers and embellishments are from Sandra Adamson's Splish Splash kit. I also used a digital template on this layout from Crystals digital template shopp! Crystal's store is now open...so stop by and check it out!

I've gone.....and I am....
I've gone....
Bow Crazy! I have always loved bows in Ashlee's (my daughter) hair! I love big bows, small bows, medium bows...well you get the picture I love bows! LOL
Recently while my Mom was here visiting us we made a few bows and after she left I made a few more...OK well let's just say that Ashlee has about 40 new hair bows...Yes, I have an addictive personality!
Here's Ashlee in some St. Patrick's Day Bows...Isn't she just dolly! (she was acting silly for me today...it's more of the "Mom why are you taking more pictures of me! hence the closed eye look ;))
and I am....
I also forgot to mention earlier in the month (this has been a crazy month) that I was honored to find out that I was ROTM (resident of the month) at Scrapstreet.com!
Here is what was said about me:
"Time for Resident of the Month:
Smart, fun and talented are all words I would use to describe this month’s VIP. She is currently part of three design teams and has been on many more…which is not surprising since she is an awesome scrapper. I loved browsing through the gallery on her blog and each new thing that was posted quickly became my new “fave” of hers…they are all just SO good! She’s also a wife, a mother of three, and a good friend to us here at Scrapstreet. She’s definitely an asset to our pit crew…and I’m not just saying that to “kiss up” to her now that she’s the one cracking the whip to make sure I get my showroom stuff in on time…heehee. Congrats to Cjen for being this month’s celebrated resident. Make sure to give her some extra love this month and let her know we appreciate her. And don’t forget to check out her blog for inspiration too!http://jenthecrazyscrapbooker.blogspot.com"
Of course you can also read it in the online magazine by clicking here
I have also been working away on tons of scrapbooking projects...none of which I can share right now :) but I hope to have something to share soon!

Just a note to say...
I am alive...LOL! Gosh it's been a while since I have blogged...so much is going on all the time it seems! But that should be a good thing right?
I also have been tagged a few times...I think like 4...LOL not sure how to catch up on that...but I will figure something out :)
Hope everyone has a great weekend! My parents are in town for a few days and I doubt I will be creating too much during that time!
